Provern’s operational platform is under construction and is not yet available to the public. The terms below describe how Provern’s subscription service is priced and billed once it becomes available. See the homepage for Provern LLC’s current status.
A Provern subscription is an annual license for your organization to access the Provern business-intelligence platform — hosted software together with the data analytics, benchmarks, and reports it makes available — for the duration of your paid subscription. Provern is a software service; there is no physical product.
Provern is a business-to-business subscription sold to organizations, not to individual consumers. Subscriptions are available with monthly or annual billing terms and are billed in advance in United States Dollars.
Subscription pricing is quoted under a signed order form or displayed at the online checkout page. Scope, term (monthly, annual, or multi-year), seat count, and any enterprise-tier terms are set in the order form. For a current quote, contact support@provern.info.
Provern also offers Briefs, one-time purchases of a specific dated PDF report on a specific healthcare entity. A Brief is not a subscription and does not renew.
All prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The exact amount payable is displayed on the order form or on the checkout page in USD before you confirm the purchase.
Provern subscriptions are typically sold under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Order Form executed by Provern LLC and the subscriber’s organization; the order form is the definitive statement of your subscription’s scope, price, and term. For qualifying self-serve purchases, a subscription may also be purchased through Provern’s online checkout; the price shown at checkout and the click-through terms presented at that time govern the purchase unless a signed order form applies.
Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period — monthly for monthly plans, annually for annual plans. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, and the payment method or invoicing arrangement on file is charged for the next period. By subscribing, you authorize Provern LLC and its payment processor to charge your payment method on this recurring basis until you cancel. You can stop future renewals at any time; see Refunds & Cancellations. One-time Brief purchases are not recurring and do not renew.
Provern is delivered electronically as a hosted (software-as-a-service) product. Access is provisioned to your organization’s account promptly after payment is successfully processed — typically immediately for card and self-serve purchases, and on receipt of funds for ACH or wire. Nothing is physically shipped and there is no delivery address. Authorized users access the service over the internet using their account credentials for as long as the subscription is active and paid.
Provern may from time to time offer a limited evaluation or trial to qualified prospective subscribers under the terms of a signed evaluation agreement. The terms of any such evaluation — including its scope, duration, and what happens when it ends — are stated in that agreement. Unless stated otherwise, an evaluation converts to a paid subscription at the quoted price and cadence on the evaluation end date, at which point standard renewal and cancellation terms apply.
Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Your organization is responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes applicable to your purchase, which may be added at invoicing or checkout.
Provern LLC may change subscription prices. Any price change applies to a subsequent renewal period, not the period already paid, and Provern LLC will provide notice before a changed price takes effect on renewal.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Provern LLC accepts:
Provern LLC does not collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment credentials on its own systems; card details are transmitted directly to Stripe. All pages that handle payment or account information are served over HTTPS. See the Privacy Policy for how account and transaction information is handled.
Provern subscriptions are non-refundable and all sales are final. This is a material term of your subscription: business intelligence is delivered on access and is not returnable once viewed. You affirmatively accept this policy at checkout, before payment, as a condition of purchasing — you check a specific acknowledgment box (or sign an order form) confirming your agreement before you can complete the transaction. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, but cancellation is not a refund. Please read the full Refunds & Cancellations policy, including how chargebacks are handled, before purchasing.
